1. Gather your documents that you will need to get an Apostille for. In order to Teach English in Korea, you will need your FBI Background Check AND University Diploma Apostilled. When you are ready to place your order click the order now button at the bottom of the page.
2. FBI Background Checks: If you received a digital copy directly from the FBI or an FBI channeler then you can upload that pdf to the order form. Photocopies, scans, or screenshots are not accepted by the State Department. If only received a copy through the mail then we will need that copy mailed to our office. NOTE: If your FBI is password protected please type the password in the special instructions section
3. University Diplomas/Graduation Letters: You may upload a clear/legible scan PDF of your degree or letter to our order form. We will then have your diploma/letter notarized and then apostilled. There is no need for you to notarize your diploma. We will take care of that for you.
***Plan on driving in South Korea? Monument Visa Services can also Apostille your Driver’s License. We will need a scan of the front and back of your driver’s license.
*** The US Department of State is only open for ONE hour every morning(8am-9am eastern) for walk-in service. They are on a set processing schedule that only changes when there is a Federal Holiday or Snow Emergencies. Orders received by 6am Eastern will be submitted the same day. Orders received after 6am eastern will be submitted the next business morning . The State Department processing time is 4 business days.
