Just accepted a teaching job in Vietnam?

In order to get a work permit in Vietnam as an English Teacher, you will need to authenticate the following documents.

  • University Degree
  • FBI Background Check

Monument Visa has partnered with ILA to give their Recruits a special rate for authenticating your documents. Unlike other agencies, Monument Visa will handle all 4 steps involved in order to get your documents authenticated by the Vietnamese Embassy, hence, saving you time and money.

Steps involved for authenticating your documents

  1. Notarize your document and authenticate at State Level(1 day)
  2. Submit to the Department of State for federal level authentication(4 days)
  3. Submit to the Vietnam Embassy in Washington DC for legalization(4 days)

Once we pick up your authenticated documents from the Vietnam Embassy, Monument Visa will scan the authenticated documents and send to you by e-mail before shipping the hard copies back to you.

How to submit an order

  1. Gather your documents that you will need Legalized. In order to Teach English in Vietnam, you will need your FBI Background Check AND University Diploma Legalized by the Vietnam Consulate.
  1. FBI Background Checks : If you received a digital copy of your FBI CRC directly from the FBI or an FBI channeler, then you may upload the pdf to our order form. Scans/Photocopies are not accepted by the State Department.  If you only received a copy through the mail then we would need that copy mailed to our office.
  2. University Degree: We will need a clear copy of your diploma. All the information must be clearly legible.   You can upload a clear scan of  your diploma to the order form below or mail it to our office.
