Simplifying the Thailand Document Legalization Process
To present U.S. documents in Thailand, they must first go through a formal authentication and legalization process. Monument Visa simplifies this process by managing each step on your behalf, ensuring your documents are properly prepared and accepted for legal use in Thailand.
Our team handles the entire legalization chain, beginning with local notarization and authentication through the Washington, DC Secretary of State. The documents are then authenticated at the U.S. Department of State and finally submitted to the Royal Thai Embassy for the final stage of legalization.
Whether your documents are needed for personal, academic, or business purposes, Monument Visa provides a fast, efficient, and professional service to ensure your documents are properly legalized for use in Thailand.

Step-by-Step Guide to Thailand Document Legalization
Our four-step process makes document legalization for Thailand simple and stress-free. We start with local notarization for general documents, then proceed to state authentication, and for federally issued documents, we skip directly to U.S. Department of State submission. Finally, all documents are processed through the Thailand Consulate for legalization, ensuring they meet the legal requirements for use in Thailand. Let us handle the complexities while you focus on what matters most.
