Indonesia Document Authentication Services
In order to use official documents in the Indonesia, whether it’s a University Degree, Non-Criminal Background Check, Marriage Certificate, Birth/Death Certificate, Corporate Documents, etc., they will have to be authenticated by the Indonesian Consulate/Embassy in the country the document was issued in.
Planning on working in the Indonesia? In order to obtain work permit to legally be employed in the Indonesia, your University Diploma AND Criminal Background Check must be authenticated by the Indonesian Consulate/Embassy in the USA.
Indonesia Document Authentication Steps:
General Documents: Must first be notarized by a local notary public.
State and Federally Issued Documents: Do not require a local notary and can skip this step. Federal Documents can go directly to step 3.

GENERAL DOCUMENTS: must then be Authenticated by the Secretary of State that the document was notarized in. . For example, if your Diploma was notarized in the state of GA, then it must be Authenticated by the Secretary of State in GA.
FEDERALLY ISSUED DOCUMENTS: Documents issued by the Federal government can skip this step…
STATE GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS: Marriage, Birth, Death Certificates. These documents must be Authenticated by the Secretary of State that issued the document before sending to Monument Visa.
For Example. If you were born in California then your birth certificate must be Authenticated by the California Secretary of State before sending to us.
Documents are submitted to the US Department of State in Washington DC.
Documents are submitted to the Indonesian Consulate for Legalization.

**FBI Criminal Background Checks can only be uploaded or emailed if you received a digital copy from the channeler. Scans/photocopies are not accepted. Otherwise, FBI Criminal Background Check must be sent to us via USPS/FedEx/UPS.
**Marriage/Birth/Death Certificates must be authenticated by the State that issued them before sending to us.
- Clear scan/photocopy of Applicant’s information page from their passport. This is the photo and signature pages. The Embassy will reject if any of the information from your passport cannot be clearly read.
